Two queen size beds, a sleeper sofa in the living room, a dining table for six (that can expand for 8) and a huge private roof terrace (25 feet by 9 feet!) with open vies of city's skyline. This apartment is uncluttered, super bright, tastefully furnished and fully equipped for six and up to eight guests. It comes with sheets and towels, dishes, pots and pans, Cable, DTV, fast and secure WiFi Internet, free phone service (U.S. and Canada) and more - just bring your clothes and live like a New Yorker! Exceeded expectations

We are three senior couples who vacation in NYC frequently & tried an apt. as an alternative to the expensive cramped UWS hotels we have stayed at in the past. This apartment exceeded all our expectations. It is very clean, well maintained & roomy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. A short walk will take you to the subway, Central Park, delis, and grocery stores. There is a pile of menus in the apt. for neighborhood restaurants (try the Saigon Grill for great Vietnamese food).

The master bedroom has its own bath. Guests using the second bedroom share the second bath off the kitchen with guests using the pull-out studio bed in the living room. This layout gives those using the living room bed quite a bit of privacy (which was a concern of ours). The kitchen is well equipped and there is a roof patio off the livingroom thats perfect for an evening glass of wine.

The owners are friendly, helpful and great communicators. We are hoping to stay here again and highly recommend this apartment for your next visit to the Big Apple.

Nice apt with kids

We are the family from Japan. We enjoyed staying at this cute apt. As we , Japanese, don't wear shoes inside the house, it's very important whether the floor is clean enough for the Japanese way of living. This apt. is neat and nice! The location is also convenient. The central park is just close to the apt., We could go to the museum of American natural history on foot. We also found a good Italian restaurant named Lisca. We took out some food for our kids.

One week great

The apt is very clear, well equiped, clean and quiet.
It's a penthouse apt with a roof patio off the livingroom perfect for the evening glass or the morning coffee.
The subway is close to and there are grocery and restaurants nearby.

Perfect for us ( 4 adults)
Internet is provided and it's substantial

Everybody can rent, i recommend this apt

Absolutely the Best

We have stayed at many apt's in Manhattan and the hosts and apartment were just superb.. They treat you like royalty and we never had one problem, the check in was wonderful, the check out well they are so accomodating. This is in a great spot there are terrific restaurants nearby, . We will definately stay here again and to all dont be afraid to stay here you have absolutely nothing to fear, To the hosts you are amazing people , thank you so much

Fun In NYC

My husband & I spent 4 days in NYC with his 78-year old mother and our two teenage sons. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean & quiet and is in a perfect location - close to the subway, the market & the park. We are all runners and it was great being 1 1/2 blocks from the park and running the loop on the Bridle Path around the reservoir. You can get anywhere in the city on the subway and we did. The kitchen was great for making our own breakfast and lunch. We went out for dinners and found several very good restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment. Thanks for your hospitality!
