Completely renovated and updated cape style home with an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings and wide pine floors. Main master bedroom with 6' slider has it's own private access to full length deck running the entire front of the house. Large second bedroom with adjoining spa like bathroom to Master Suite has a spacious walk-in shower with river rock tiling. WATER VIEW from every room. Large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Association dock has a large picnic area with a barbeque for your convenience. Relax or play ball with the kids, fish from the pier, or launch your kayak and explore. Enjoy coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening looking at the spectacular extensive views while the sun is setting. One of the best locations in Chatham.

Beautiful house and very close to nice beaches

We (2 adults and a toddler) stayed at this property in June and we all really enjoyed it. The house is very well equipped and it’s just as nice as the pictures show.

There is a large deck facing east with beautiful view and perfect for relaxing with a book or outdoor dining. On the other side of the house facing west there is another deck which we didn't use much.

The neighborhood is very quite with beautiful houses and there is only very little local traffic. Our toddler enjoyed walking down to the nearby pond (5 min walk) to look at the ducks and birds.

Hardings beach is only 10 min walk away. Ridgevale beach is 15-20 min by bike.

Owner is easy to work with.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This home was precisely as advertised. Off the beaten paths of Route 6A or 28, but close to everything in Chatham including 2 spectacular beaches. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly.

Home is well equipped, comfortable, and nicely decorated, though lacked internet access.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
