Very affordable. We really enjoyed our stay and our dogs LOVED the yard to be able to play. Made for a pleasant time. Close to the freeway and any sightseeing you wanted to check out.

Cute house with everything you can think of (fully stocked kitchen, extras for bathrooms, etc.). VERY central. Was visiting for winter break and location is perfect for those who've never been to Colorado Springs and are trying to stay within 15-20 of most attractions north and south. Price is extremely affordable for everything that's included compared to other vacation rentals or hotels. On a main road so street is a little noisy at night but is only heard from the living room.

Would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a family reunion. The house was better than described. It was centrally located. It was clean and offered all of the comforts of a home. We really enjoyed the bottled water that was provided. I, being the geek that I am, REALLY enjoyed bringing clean laundry home from a vacation. The owner was GREAT to work with and really easy-going. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Time

All we can say is Thanks Rob! Home was neat and Tidy. All was as advertised.Clean and comfortable. Loved the fenvced yard and the dog loved the doggie door. The basket of :fogotten essentials" in the bathroom was apprewciated, as was the bottled water. Location was excellent, allowing us to visit family and friends with ease. Close to Grocery stores and church. Nothing was left out. Thanks again for a relaxing vacation. This was the first time we had done a vacation this way, and we were pleasantly suprised.

LOVED this place!

We stayed for a week, the end of May. There are 6 of us, (me, wife, 4 kids). Very impressed. Plenty of room for all of us. It was clean. Fenced front and back yard, everything was supplied.....dishes, laundry soap, trash bags, towels, etc. Had no problems at all, I highly recommend this place. Would like to stay again if given the chance, next time we vacation in the Springs.
