Beach access is only a few feet from your door.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the master bath is equipped with a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an adjoining full bath. There is a sleep sofa in the living room that will sleep two.
One assigned parking space is included in the rental, in a gated, off-street parking area. A limited number of unassigned spaces are also available in the gated area on a first-come basis.
Kamla is a family-oriented condominium with many owner-occupied units. We only rent to family groups. Fraternity, sorority, student, or single groups are not permitted. House parties are absolutely prohibited, and occupancy is limited to six adults/children over the age of two. Misrepresentation as to who is renting the property, loud parties, or exceeding the occupancy limit will result in guests being asked to immediately vacate the property without refund.
