Please e-mail for more pictures...Perfect Beach House on the Strand in Manhattan Beach. All new remodel with new paint, flooring, lighting, kitchen. Bright, Clean and comfortable. Close to downtown (10 min walk) for shopping and restaurants. Step out on to The Strand for a bike ride on a path that stretches from Palos Verdes to Santa Monica. Surfing, volleyball, swimming, paddling and just picnicking on your patio or the beach are activities to entertain you and your family. 1 King Bed in the Master bedroom that has a sliding glass door to step out onto your private backyard with barbecue and additional bathroom. There is one queen in another bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the 3rd bedroom. The Living room has a large couch which converts to a sleeper sofa. 46' HDTV in the living room with wireless Internet and phone included. Port-a-crib, 3 Bikes, 2 car lockable garage.

Guest Comments- When my sisters and mom and dad came to visit, they were oohhing and ahhing over what a cute house it is...And in the evenings, we just loved turning on the Christmas lights and going out on the sand to look back at “the best house on the whole strand.” We felt so privileged to call it “ours”...even if it was just for the time we were there!
