This cottage is situated in a private family neighborhood just steps away from private association beach on warm water inlet. Also just a short walk to kayak/canoe access to Waquoit Bay, Washburn Island (hike, picnic and secluded beaches) as well as deep water access to Nantucket Sound! Parking for up to six cars plus boat! Recent renovations including landscaped and completely fenced in back yard, expanded bathroom, new living area and updated kitchen with dishwasher. Also, new deck, outdoor shower and washer/dryer! Just 5 minute drive to ocean beaches, Falmouth village and ferry access as well as Mashpee shopping! Public boat ramp is right down the road. Two-man open deck kayak and canoe are stored at water's edge for your enjoyment. Pets are welcome with prior approval of owner.

This was a great place. 2 couples stayed for the whole wk and 3 of our kids joined for a few days. Plenty of room. The place was all new, clean, beach right down the rd. Had a great outdoor shower and deck. We canoed and kayaked to private beaches where there were no people. People were clamming all around the area. Neighborhood was good. Location was good. Took the bikes to the bike path and biked into Woods Hole. Drove to Provincetown and Plymouth. It was nice to have this quiet home to come back to.
