Florida Vacation Rental Home in Bass Lake only 8 miles from Disney. Home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms w/ private pool, sleeps 8. Community Clubhouse has activities that may be participated in. Two umbrella strollers are available for your use. There are 2 community pools (one heated) and a hot tub.

A $250 deposit required to hold date (if booking more than 1month a $500 deposit is required), the $250 becomes your security deposit, which is refunded one week after departure less any damage charges. A refund is given with a 4 month notice. Balance is due 2 months before rental date. Cleaning service comes in after departure.

A map of the area is given with locations marked on it to help you find places easier when you are down there, also brochures of places you might be interested in seeing to help plan your trip ahead of time. Happy to help you plan your trip with any advice and information you would need.
