This newly remodeled Victorian flat is located in the trendy Hayes Valley neighborhood of San Francisco. Boutique shops, cafés and gourmet restaurants are a mere block away and City Hall is within an easy 10 minute walk. The Civic Center, museums, theaters and a transit hub are also close by. The flat was built in 1875 and is fully furnished. It has its own entrance and comes with a parking space. The living room has a large bay window which allows light to pour in. Cable TV and a broadband internet connection are included. The bedroom is nice and quiet with second TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and granite counters. A washer and dryer are located in the garage. There is a private parking garage without extra charge. All utilities are included. There's a 4 person maximum occupancy. No smokers or pets please. Please email with any questions.

Worked Out Perfectly

Working with Di was wonderful from the start. She had great follow up and was a treasure in person as well. The flat was exactly as shown in the pictures and our family fit in perfectly. The location worked out wonderfully for us as well and we did take advantage of the parking space. Those are very hard to come by in this town. There was a fabulous coffee shop two blocks away that we fell in love with, as well as many neighborhood shops and restaurants. The flat is well maintained and has a very convenient laundry area. We would go back in a heartbeat.
Owner's Response: I am managing a fairly new rental property on the market, but I have already met some wonderful people from all over the world, some great experiences right at my door step, thanks to all the lovely people come to San Francisco visit. Meeting and taking care of you all is my pleasure and privilege.

Beautiful Flat, great location

My wife and i were staying here the first week of february 09 and we love it!

The place is just the same (or even better) as the picture in the publication.
Clean, confy, well-maintained and spacious... and the kitchen its lovely.

Fantastic location, Hayes Valley its a great area with a lot of coffe shops, and restaurants for any taste (italian, japanese, chinese, etc)

Just five blocks from alamo square and the painted ladies, and if you don't have car it's really easy to move around with the muni.

And the manager (Di) it's very helpfull and a really great person.

We totally recomend this place to stay in San Francisco.

Great for a couple; it was tight for more

My wife, twin babies and I stayed two nights in this flat in January, 2009.

Pluses:
- The location is great. Great cafes and restaurants in this area.
- The layout is comfortable.
- Very friendly management.
- Very convenient to have parking.

Small minuses:
- It's on a busy street.
- We had our babies sleep in the living room. Even with double pane windows, it was a little too loud for a sleeping room.
- A few ants, which are no trouble unless you're really squeamish.

Highly recommend - beautiful flat, great location

My boyfriend and I just came back to London, from a 3 week visit to the U.S.
We took a bit of a gamble by staying in a rented accommodation whilst in San Francisco ... and it was worth it!

The description for this property is absolutely accurate in every way - location, layout, amenities, etc. - if anything, I would say the flat looks even better in real than in the photos.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully furnished.
The owner is a lovely lady, who was very accommodating to our needs, and provided great customer service.

I would, and in fact already have, recommended this property to a friend!

Hayes Valley is a charming and trendy area, full of cute cafes and art galleries - all just around the corner.

In dieser Wohnung kann man als Europäer sehr gut die ersten Tage der Zeitumstellung verbringen. Die Vermieterin Di ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfreich. Ihre Empfehlungen bzgl Restaurants und Highlights haben wir gerne wahrgenommen. Von dieser Wohnung aus kann man als Stadtbesucher fast alles zu Fuß erreichen bzw über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.
