This beautiful Victorian home is located in the oldest neighborhood in downtown Chattanooga. The historic tree-lined walking neighborhood is beside UTC campus and Erlanger hospital.

The impeccable restoration of this home, retaining all of the 1897 character, but incorporating a sleek modern style that allows a relaxing and comfortable experience. The home flows easily with it's open floor plan and spacious living areas. The eat-in kitchen boasts state of the art stainless appliances and marble counters. Two of the three bedrooms have queen beds, with one additional bedroom that has twins.The den hosts a flat screen HDTV, fireplace, and a comfortable leather sofas.

You may enter with the ease of a lock box and never wait in a line. It is a perfect place to rest and relax while enjoying all of Chattanooga's attractions like the Aquarium, Bluff View Art District, Cooledge Park, or the Walnut Street Bridge.

Close proximity to everything in Chattanooga: The home's location allows minutes access for tourists, business travelers or visitors to any of the local businesses, preparatory schools, hospitals, or UTC University. For the cost of any local downtown hotel you have the comfort and privacy of a 2500 sq.ft. home. It is within 1 mile of all downtown attractions and waterfront in a beautiful walking neighborhood near the University. You may drive, cab, or walk as all are convenient from the home.

You may enter with the ease of a digital lock and never wait in a line. It is a perfect place to rest and relax while enjoying all of Chattanooga's amazing attractions. Leave your car parked in the off street parking behind the home and walk to the Aquarium, the Bluff View Arts District, Cooledge Park and the Walnut Street Walking Bridge, or many of the other downtown restaurants and shops. Either way, driving is only minutes.

Your house is just beautiful. Thank you for letting us stay in it. It was a great change from the usual hotel room.
We can’t pick a favorite room, they are all stunning. However, the kitchen proved to be a place where we laughed lots and drank plenty of English tea!
