Racquet Club Road, 1 mile from downtown, close to nightlife, casinos, restaurants, Aerial tram, Knott's Soak City, The Living Desert, Golf at Cimarron, Tahquitz Creek, Mesquite, Cabazon Outlet mall only 30 minute drive....and all the many sights the desert has to offer.
Nice place for R & R. No pool bar, no restaurant, not a 'resort' style condo.

We purchased our condo in the desert as a get-a-way from the long, gray, winter days of the Pacific Northwest and a place to share with family and friends. As we edge closer to retirement, this condo gives us a comfortable and convenient place to call home. We immediately relax just walking in the front door and minutes later we settle out on the secluded patio near the fragrant citrus trees and welcome the desert warmth. Residential feel ...not busy hotel/resort bustle!

Our location was convenient for us, just 5 miles from the Palm Springs Airport and just 1 mile to downtown. We like to be near activities, dining, and all that a desert city has to offer. We prefer less driving and a feeling of belonging rather than the bustle of a hotel, timeshare, or resort style property.
Palm Springs has a little something for everyone. Within a mile is lively downtown Palm Springs, with nearby Spas, Casinos, restaurants, shopping, the Aerial Tram, sightseeing, parks, theatres, and so much more! Over 100 golf courses to choose from in the Coachella Valley!
