- $2,340.00/2 weeks (two nights free)
- $3,510.00/3 weeks (three nights free)
- $4,000.00/4 weeks (special rate - only $143/night for a 4 week rental)

Special rates can be negotiated for stays exceeding one month.

Base cleaning rate = $225.00. Extra cleaning charges (ie. cleaning in excess of $225.00 will be deducted from security/damage deposit - actual cleaning invoice will be provided on request where in excess of $225.00).

$500.00 refundable security/damage deposit required to confirm booking. 50% rental rate to be paid to confirm reservation. 50% remaining rental rate to be paid within 30 days of arrival.

We use PayPal so all major credit cards may be used to book a reservation.

Rates include utilities, high speed wireless broadband Internet, cable TV and unlimited long distance within North America. Air conditioning surcharge of $100.00/week during summer months (June to August).

Rates do not include cleaning charge. Base cleaning rate of $225.00. Any extra cleaning (ie. in excess of $225.00) will be deducted from security/damage deposit.
