Came here for college purposes with my friends and it was the perfect home for us. It had plenty of room and storage. It was very clean when we came and everything looked the way it should be. Very satisfied with my stay here and will come back. Kitchen was my favorite because it just felt very modern.
I went to go visit my old friend from college which also lives in the city and i invited her over for tea at my place her. She was so shocked i was able to find a place right in the middle of meatpacking, right next to the apple store. She even asked to move in with me. Moral of the story the place is great and you can show it off to your friends..
My favorite part was the beautiful kitchen but overall everything has just been beautiful and the location is just everything I could have dreamed about. Its breath taking when you first walk in .
Me and my husband always thought that finding an apt right in the middle of meatpacking was going to be impossible! When we found this is really was a dream come true for the both of us. We went to the famous dinner every morning with the delicious pancakes. Eerything you can possibly be looking for is in this apartnment. I also loved how the laundry machine was in the house so i didnt even have to leave. Its a very well decorated and even staying in this apt just made me happy. Plenty of room!! you can literally have enough room for anything. Very clean and it was a good experience overall!
The rental transaction was professionally done. The correspondence was excellent and very timely with all my inquiries. Upon arrival we were met by the Representative. We could not have asked for a more warm welcoming. The condo complex is new and very upscale. Most importantly it is located in a very safe area. Beautiful job of furnishing the condo. There are washer/dryers. For Starbucks lovers - it's just down the corner.
All the best restaurants are on the same block Buddakan, Tao, Figs and Olives. Just across the street is the Hudson River and the High Line.
We have rented numerous condo's and this experience definitely deserves an A+
My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this bright apartment in Greenwich Village. The location was perfect; close to subway stations, restaurants the grocery store and shops. The apartment is very clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom a good size, and the apartment itself was also pretty big for NYC. The kitchen had all of the utensils and appliances we needed to make breakfasts and several other meals during our stay. We appreciated the good internet connection and the large flat-screen tv.
We were in NYC visiting our adult daughter and seeing the sites. This apartment was a comfortable place to both return to at the end of a day of sightseeing, and big enough to comfortably have time with our daughter and her friend. It was very good to work with the Homeaway agent, Diane, who answered many many questions, and also with Rebecca, the owner of the flat, and her family. The apartment is on the 5th floor (with no elevator), but we didn't find the stairs to be a problem even at our ages (60+/-). (We exercise a lot at home). If renters have trouble with stairs, they can rest between floors! We highly recommend renting this apartment and would stay here again ourselves in a future visit.
This lovely apartment is located in the heart of the Meatpacking District, where, these days, you’re less likely to encounter a slaughterhouse than a bustling restaurant, exclusive club, or high-end boutique. Attractions include the block-wide Chelsea Market, a massive collection of the City’s finest gourmet retailers, and the High Line, a mile-long stretch of renovated park, complete with gardens, restaurants, and sundecks, situated on what was once a railway.
