Cancellations:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Valentine’s Day, and Easter reservations are required to pay balances in full 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made prior to 45-60 days before arrival are subject to a $50.00 non-refundable fee. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival require full forfeiture of rental amount. Cancellations made prior to 60 days before scheduled arrival receive full refund of rental fees paid. For all other times of the year, cancellations made within 20 days of arrival date require full forfeiture of rental amount. All other cancellations made 20-45 days of arrival date are subject to a $25 non-refundable fee. Cancellations made prior to 45 days before scheduled arrival receive full refund of rental fees paid.
Security/Cleaning Deposit:
The refundable security/cleaning deposit will be paid at time of arrival (or earlier) and will be refunded to your credit card within 14 business days of your departure provided no damage has been done to the property or its surroundings. In the event damage has been done which exceeds the security deposit amount, your credit card will be charged accordingly. Additionally, if excessive cleaning needs to be done after a guest leaves; the charges may come out of the security deposit.
Smoking/Pets:
Non-Smoking: All cabins are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the cabin; ashtrays are not provided. Please properly remove any remains from smoking before checking out.
Pets: Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Properties are not fenced. If you have needs which require your pet to accompany you, please contact a Lakewoods Village Vacation Rental Representative. If a mutually agreeable arrangement can be made, you will be charged a non-refundable pet deposit fee.
