New beach property on the Gulf of Mexico with great sunrise views. Relax to the off shore gulf breezes and the sound of the surf breaking on the beach. House has a large deck around two sides and part is covered facing the ocean. Lots of seating available on the deck including a covered on-deck table plus a large 8 foot picnic table downstairs on the patio. The interior is tastefully decorated with lots of seating both at the dining room table and in the living area. Snack bar with four bar stools provide extra seating overlooking the large, fully equipped kitchen with service for twelve. Build sand castles on the beach, swim and play in the surf, cast your fishing line and catch dinner or stroll the beach hunting for shells. Scents of sage and surf provide the aroma therapy while you work on a great tan. Come visit, relax and have a great time!

Perfect Beach Vacation Home

This is by far the most beautiful home we have rented at the beach! Equipped with everything you will need except food and very close to the beach. Owner takes great pride in this home and is easy to work with. Very nice small town with a lot of great restaurants and a few shops. Larger towns 5-10 minutes away. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be returning for our next vacation!!! Make reservations and see for yourself.

Awesome vacation!

This house was the perfect getaway. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, just bring food and fun! I didn't want to leave! Air conditioner works great! Owner takes great pride in house.

Absolutely the best!

This is absolutely the most beautiful and well equipped place on the beach. The owner has spent a lot of time, effort and thought into making sure his renters are comfortable and have all the amenities of being at "a home away from home".

The lanai is perfect for being outside from breakfast to cocktails and dinner as it is always shady.. The Jack & Jill bathroom arrangement with the double sinks is perfect for two or more at a time. While we were there the new walkover to the beach was completed so the walk to the beach is quick and easy to haul beach necessities.

We are already thinking about dates for next years rental.
Owner's Response: Thanks so much. We are adding a wicker setting area to the lanai area which will provide even more relaxed seating on the deck.

Beautiful house, well maintained and extremely well equipped - furnishings are very nice - comfortable pillows, linens and towels are furnished - well laid out bedroom arrangement - allowed my 1 year-old granddaughter to sleep in quiet while the rest of the family watched tv and played in den - beach view unobstructed - has a wonderful deck with all the chairs and lounges you would need and large table and chairs for outdoor dining, which we did every night -- one of the nicest houses i have rented. Owner was very helpful with all aspects of this rental. My only reservation is that cars are allowed on the beach -- if you have little ones, you need to watch them carefully because of the traffic. Lovely place!!
Owner's Response: We've added a wicker seating area to the deck as well. As a special note, auto beach traffic during the week and during the off season is very sparce. Beach is also well patrolled by law enforcement.
