Welcome to our modern 1 bedroom/1 bath condo situated in a newly renovated, 100 year old Victorian house. This clean urban abode offers a comfortable Posturpedic king size bed and queen sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, heated walnut floors, carpeted bedroom, 10 foot high ceilings and lots of natural light.

The beautiful mosaic tiled bathroom allows for a shower or a bath after a busy day of sightseeing and 2 HD Flat Screen TVs and Blue Ray DVD players are perfect for watching movies in tandem from the bedroom or living room. Dine in or walk to one of the numerous restaurants, coffee houses or bars in Seattle's centrally located Capitol Hill neighborhood.

Parking is provided but being just 1 mile from the city, it's easy to walk, bike (2 bikes provided w/unit) or take the bus to local attractions. Experience the City on the Sound in style.

The property was even much better than I expected. I felt very comfortable and safe. Kitchen is extremely well equiped. Great decor. Comfortable bed. It was better than any hotel. Great location. I so look forward to staying there again!

Extremely clean, modern and spacious suite!

This place was perfect for our Seattle get-a-way and looks exactly like the photos (no photo shopping..!). It is well maintained and extremely clean. With free parking at the rear, and only a couple of blocks walking distance from Broadway, it is a convenient location for anyone who likes to see Seattle by foot/bus. The kitchen is really large - great for cooking and the wireless internet worked without a hitch. We took our medium sized dog with us and it was great to have somewhere where he could join us without any issues. The only minor issue during our stay was that the neighbour in the apartment downstairs was a little loud with his comings and goings at odd hours, but that wouldn't stop us from wanting to stay here again.

Perfect Stay in Seattle

We have visited Seattle many times - always a great time. This Condo was the best yet. The rental's appearance was just as the website suggested. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a contact for maintance. We had a minor issue that was resolved within an hour. We walked to two locations for groceries/drug store, but preferred the QFC on Broadway. There were many choices for local dining. Loved the closeness of Volunteer Park with free entrance to museum on first Thursday and first Saturday of the month. The space was very clean and there was really nice laundry facilites. The kitchen was well stocked with very new appliances, dishes and pans, so we were able to cook comfortably. We took a Yellow Cab to and from the waterfront effortlessly. We will use this property again and will recommend to others.

We had a good time at this house. It is tastefully decorated, has lots of space and had everything we needed. The bedroom is very comfortable. The location was very convenient.

Fun get-away

The one-bedroom was great for us (couple). It was modern and well-maintained. Wireless internet access was fast and reliable. The kitchen appliances were clean and looked new. Food shopping to stock for eat-in breakfast and occasional lunch was less than 5 minutes away. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and through Volunteer Park only blocks away-- what a great view of the city. Outside of downtown rush hours, we were only 5-10 minute drive to Pike Place Market and downtown. Parking in Seattle is a bear, but the property has its own private parking in back-- a plus if you drive a rental car. We would definitely return and recommend this to friends and family.
