7 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s) - 4 Baths - (Sleeps 16)

This 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom house is ideal for everyone. A large family would be comfortable or a smaller family can enjoy all the space. Also perfect for a large golf group or possibly a foursome that just wants to each have their own bedroom & bathroom. There are 7 tv's in the house including an hd TV with DVR recorder & surround sound downstairs. There are DVD players & X-box for the kids. The computer, fax, & printer are great for both children & adults whether it be gathering information on area attractions, checking business or printing a boarding pass. There is free high-speed internet access as well.

Besides the 7 bedrooms there are 3 sitting areas; a living room and family room downstairs as well as the loft upstairs (computer room). The master bedroom upstairs has it's own tiled balcony & it looks down over the pool. Enjoy the large pool (pool heater available) which has very attractive colored lighting. Though the house has central air, there is also 9 total ceiling fans.
