A great place to stay, thoroughly recommended.
We (three friends, unrelated) spent a week here, skiing in Steamboat in January 2012. The house is in a great location, very quiet, about 100 yards from the ski bus stop, with the added benefit of wireless internet. The photos are accurate but understate the house, which is better in real life than they would suggest.
The entire house was very clean, in excellent decorative order throughout, and David, the owner, was friendly and helpful.
Three good bedrooms, each with it’s own bathroom make for very comfortable sleeping – two have a good sized bath with shower, one has a large shower stall. All three are beautifully decorated and equipped.
The kitchen is also well equipped with just about everything you could need, including a washer and a dryer, the sitting area has large, comfortable chairs and a settee, and the heated garage is a bonus if you have a car.
I am struggling to find anything at all to criticise.
Overall, a great place to stay, thoroughly recommended, and one to which we would return on another ski trip to Steamboat Springs.
P.S. Americans might want to bear in mind that I am a Brit, and may well exhibit the usual British tendency to understatement.
