BEST VALUE 3BR/2BA POOL HOME IN SARASOTA

What a nice place to come to. We couldn't of asked for a better place. Comfortable, clean and near all the stores and attractions. We were able to see the Manatees in Ft. Myers, saw the alligators at the Mykka Park, and the Circus Museum was wonderful. Can't wait for next year.

We had a fabulous time !!!!! Our family consisted of 2 adults , an adult child and a teenage child and there was excitment for all age groups. We spent the New Years week and the pineapple drop at midnight downtown Sarasota brought out 200,000 people and an amazing downtown party. The Seista Beach is off the charts and the location proved central to all amenites. The owner should pat himself on the back for going out of his way to provide you with every toy and option on how to get the most out of your vacation. As the saying goes " try it you will like it" truely it applies in this situation. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone who wants everything included for their hard earned dollars.

We just returned home from our vacation in Sarasota and we are already missing your lovely rental.Thank you for making your rental available for us.We had a wonderful time!! The home is well taken care of and very clean.Everything was very nice and well equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms.The washer and dryer was a nice plus... All the attractions were just minutes away.The fenced in back yard made it nice for our dog Rachael, she loved it.We found a sweet little Italian cafe in downtown Sarasota called Cafe Amici you must have lunch there (Address 1371 Main Street:) I loved the Ringling Brothers Museum of Art.. and so many other things...The Dog park in Venice Fl. is just a 20 min drive and Rachael could go right down to the water on the beach. There is also a nice park on the water in down town Sarasota that we loved taking our dog for a walk.I could just go on forever about the things we did.We still have things we would like to do but just not enough time to do them all so we will be back to stay in your home in Jan 2014 for the whole month..Thanks Steve we have a wonderful time and look forward to coming back..
