Excellent rates and a great location are just two of the reasons why numerous renters repeatedly rent our family vacation home year after year! This spacious South Lake Tahoe vacation home backs to the National Forest. The location provides great hiking, cross-country skiing, sledding, and room for the kids to play right from the back yard. In addition to a large deck (picnic table and barbecue included), there is a hot tub and sauna. This home is perfect for large groups or multiple families. The house has knotty pine and open-beam ceilings throughout. The four bedrooms include a master bedroom and loft upstairs, and two bedrooms downstairs. There's a bathroom on each floor. The main living area is on the first floor. House includes stereo, premium cable TV, high speed Internet connection, and wireless Internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Additionally, a supply of paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, washing detergent, kitchen wraps, and charcoal are normally available. House-cleaning service is provided on the last day, after renters depart the premises. The $100 cleaning deposit is refundable if the renters clean the premises prior to departure. Cleaning agents and equipment are supplied. There is also a $250 refundable pet deposit. All beds include pillows and blankets. For an optional $100 fee, linens and towels will be provided. A $250 refundable security deposit is required.

The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood off the Pioneer Trail, and is near many of the popular Tahoe attractions. Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, casinos, and the lake are all within one to two miles of the house. There is city snow removal and other services. Driveway and walkway snow removal services are also provided.
