Cozy condo fully redone in 2008. Turn of the century Victorian house, top floor, original hardwood, lead glass, vaulted ceilings, granite, jacuzzi, tile shower, fireplace, DVD/CD/wireless. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining nook, furnished with fabulous antiques and contemporary furniture and fixtures. Balcony with dining table, gas grill. Beautiful view of downtown Lexington. Stay in style in the heart of the Bluegrass!

The historic charm of the neighborhood, the farmers market on Saturday mornings, walking to dinner and not worrying about having that extra glass of wine and then having to drive!

gorgeous, elegant condo, walking distance to UK and downtown shops and restaurants

This is an elegant condo in a historic building. The renovation is superb, maintaining the old wood floors, but with every modern amenity. The unit has high ceilings, tasteful, comfortable furniture. Private and still filled with light.
I was able to walk to my two favorite restaurants downtown on Limestone. The pictures on the VRBO do not do justice to the charm of this condo.
Thank you Amy for a lovely, pampered experience!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

great condo

My teenage daughter and I stayed here for two full weeks. Everything you needed was there and in excellent condition. It is in a great location, perfect for UK fans, parents visiting their children etc. We would definitely stay there again and look forward to our next visit to wonderful Lexington.
