Love the South Hill District in lexington.
The historic charm of the neighborhood, the farmers market on Saturday mornings, walking to dinner and not worrying about having that extra glass of wine and then having to drive!
The location of the condo was great. In the downtown area and reasonably close to campus. The condo had a very comfortable and home like feel. It is a great alternative to staying at a hotel
We travel often to Lexington and were tired of staying in hotels. We found this condo and it is exactly as pictured! Every convenience you need is at your fingertips. Super clean. Very quiet. The owner thought of everything a visitor would need. It truly feels like your very own second home. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the noises of downtown at night. But inside, we didn't hear anything! Amy is so easy to work with and responds quickly. We will be planning our trips to Lexington around this condos availability in the future. You will not be disappointed with this lovely home!
I come to Lexington for 3 reasons. Horse farm tours, bourbon tours and Keeneland racetrack. In this modern age of hotels that charge for parking, resort fees and rooms taxes, I just want the quoted rate all upfront so I can determine the best deal for my stay. Everything in the pictures we're 100% accurate, the condo was clean and all the necessary utilities worked as designed. I have a slight problem with allergies but had no issues when running the a/c. After a long day of doing the active tourist scene, it sure was nice to relax, crack open my favorite beverage and lounge either inside or outside the condo in the patio. Picking this location gave us plenty of options of either walking to the local restaurants/bars&grills or driving a short distance to other restaurants. My communication with the owner was terrific in laying out the arrival arrangements and with any other questions during my stay. Driving around downtown Lexington with its one-way streets was much easier than other major cities such as Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Traffic was light during my stay in comparison with those cities. I'm very active, techno savy and spontaneous so being at this central location worked well for me.
I loved my stay at this beautiful condo. Everything from the views of this wonderful Lexington street to the cozy and elegant decor, to the fabulous location made this stay a ten plus! There is a beautiful sophisticated warmth to this unit. Gorgeous wood floors and high ceilings. Superb layout and comfort. Impeccably clean. The owner is wonderful, responsive and totally professional. This is the ideal downtown condo!
This apartment is perfectly located, looks as good, if not better than, the pictures posted here, is priced very competitively, and is owned by by a very friendly, helpful, and responsive person. We highly recommend staying here, as long as you do not have an issue with stairs...it's located on the 2nd floor.
The kitchen is good-sized with all the amenities and appliances you could want, the living area is spacious, the bathroom is large with a shower, tub, and full-sized washer & dryer, the bedroom is large with a very comfortable bed, and the free WiFi is exceptional. The condo is very clean and well-maintained.
Why stay in a hotel room when you could be in this condo, perfectly situated downtown, with all this room and amenities of your own home? Again, we highly recommend staying here when you visit Lexington...we will definitely return.
This is a wonderful rental in the downtown area. Enjoyed the kitchen for cooking and TV for watching DVDs. Close to visit tourist areas nearby. Took a walk around the downtown area -- many attractions and very peaceful. Amy was helpful in answering any of our questions. Would recommend for others and will consider using again in the future. -- Rick
