If you re looking for a clean, spacious & very affordable rental, this is the place!

We do not charge extra for weekends, holidays, no hidden costs. (rent,cleaning fee,security deposit)

Escape & enjoy an inexpensive Caribbean vacation: Crystal clear beaches & some of the best surfing. This area is still undiscovered by the commercial tourism market!

We are located close to EVERYTHING, but still in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by well kept homes. You can be at your choice of beaches in less than 5 minutes. One is “Jobos” a world famous surfing beach. Visit other beaches 'Shack's, Wilderness & Crashboat'. Go golfing or horseback riding on the beach, also minutes away.

After a long day exploring, come home & enjoy the tropical breeze on the deck under the huge shade tree, in your own private fenced-in yard.

There are many restaurants in the area or cook at home in the kitchen that has everything you need from pots to spices, or have a BBQ on the deck.

  • RATES shown are in USD. The longer you stay the lower the rates are!
  • CLEANING FEE: A $40.00 (one-time) cleaning fee due upon arrival.
  • DEPOSITS, REFUNDS, SECURITY DEPOSIT:

    A standard short-term rental agreement will be forwarded to you before any payment is expected.

    To reserve the apartment, 50% of the rental payment will hold the apartment for you.
    Balance due three weeks (21 days) prior to your arrival (check-in date) along with the Security Deposit.

    Payments can be made through PayPal or Credit Card by contacting the owner.

    If you cancel your reservation before three weeks (21 days) of your arrival, your rent payment will be returned in full.

    If you cancel your reservation within the three weeks, 1 to 20 days before your arrival, your rent payment will not be returned because of a short notice of cancellation.
    Exception: If apartment can be re-rented, a refund will be issued for dates rented.

    Security Deposit:
    The $100.00 security deposit will be refunded, within two weeks (or earlier) from date of check-out, if there is no damage & the apartment is left in a clean condition

Your hosts, Tom & Holly, provide guide books, maps, local brochures, to help you plan your daily adventures. We also have maps/directions to all the surfing, snorkeling, swimming beaches in the area and we have the directions to the hidden San Sebastian Waterfalls.

We also provide, at no extra costs; beach chairs, beach towels, boogie board, snorkels/masks/fins & beach coolers.

The apartment also is supplied with the linens, bath towels, hand towels, basic soaps, toilet paper, hair dryer, iron & ironing board.

Holly and Tom's Rental

We just returned from 7 days vacation at Holly and Tom's rental.What an experience!!Me and my 2 teenage sons had an incredible adventure.Holly and Tom's place is the perfect place to stay.It is spotless, comfortable and very secure.They have everything you could need while on vacation. The beach towels, chairs, cooler and snorkeling gear that they have for your use was perfect. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck and bar-b-q grill and the blender was perfect for pina colada's while cooking,Their backyard is like sitting in your own private park,beautiful and secluded.If it wasn't for this rental we would have never stayed on the west side of the island,what a mistake that would have been.No tourist, we were completely sum-merged in the culture. The beautiful beaches, the incredible food, and the highlight of our trip was Sebastian Falls that Holly told us about and the snorkeling at Shacks Beach that they told us about. We did visit San Juan and El Yunque which was a great day trip,but we hurried back to the west side of the island.We were so sad to leave.Thanks Holly and Tom for a great stay,we hope to be back and I a telling everyone about your place.

Amazing Stay In Aguadilla!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this beautiful rental for a week in April (we had great weather all week!). Holly and Tom were wonderful hosts, friendly, and very helpful when we would ask for suggestions on where to go and for directions. The rental was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in it. The outdoor space was beautiful and we enjoyed using the bbq and the deck to spend time outside. The area of Aguadilla was great because there were beautiful beaches but it wasnt that touristy. We suggest renting a car so you can explore the beautiful island of PR! We look forward to staying here again when we visit PR!

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Aguadilla. The property was very clean and spacious enough to fit 4 aults and 3 kids easily. We really enjoyed using the BBQ on the pattio every night. Tom and Holly were very helpful and and friendly. The beaches are beautiful and not crowded with tourists. Jobos and crashboat beaches were our favorites. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Great Place To Stay

Tom and Holly have the coolest downstairs apartment. We arrived around 4:00 am and Holly was there to meet us, which was really cool. It is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment was the perfect size for the 4 of us with room to spare. It is in a great location to the grocery store, gas station, golf course, most of the surf spots, tropical trail rides, and many other fun activities. It is also really cool that they have provided beach chairs, masks/snorkels, and most importantly coolers!! Also, the kitchen is very well stocked with all the basics so you can make your own meals!! The new deck is a great addition especially with the new grill they have put out there. Tom and Holly were both very nice and easy to have a conversation with. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is interested in staying here. If I ever go back to Puerto Rico (which I'm sure I will since I surf) I know where I'm staying!!

First Family Vacation!

We came in late the night of our arrival and were welcomed by Holly to the property and shown around the apartment. It was VERY clean and user friendly. Everything we needed was provided and we had plenty of room for our whole family of five.
Holly and Tom are very friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions that we had about local information. Tom was nice enough to take the time to give us a coconut for my kids and I to have the experience of yummy fresh coconut milk and meat! It was delicious! Holly has taken the time to place brochures of things to do which greatly helped our family have some far out experiences in some places that tourist probably never go.
If there was anything bad to say about the place I would have to say that the proximity of the house to the airport caused a stir when large planes flew by. At times they where very loud but they did not fly over head all the time. We had fun seeing our kids faces every time they fly over! If we ever get the chance to go back to Puerto Rico we would definitely book this location again.
