Southern Exposure is a beautiful, very clean, 3200 square foot home situated on Long Lake. Long Lake is a beautiful pristine all activities lake approximately 5 miles long and 2 miles wide with 5 uninhabited islands to explore. Long Lake is ranked one of the top 5 cleanest lakes in Michigan. The lake has a hard sandy bottom that is great for kids and water activities.

The home is 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City, 20 minutes from Interlochen Academy of the Arts, and 25 minutes from Lake Michigan and the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. Enjoy full sunny exposure on the water throughout the day. Additional pictures can be sent upon request.

This rental home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 17 people. The upstairs consist of the master bedroom which has a king size bed, its own private bath, and a private balcony overlooking the lake. The other 2 bedrooms share a common full bathroom off of the hallway.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other bedroom on the lake side of the home has 2 double beds. The total number of occupants the upper level can sleep is 8.

The other remaining bedroom is located on the lower walkout level of the home which accesses the lake. This bedroom has a king size bed as well as a futon bed which sleeps up to 3 people (2 on the lower level and 1 on the upper). This bedroom sleeps up to 5 people.

The remaining sleeping facilities exist on the lower walkout level as well. They are located in the recreation area. There are two fold-out queen size sofas which sleeps 4. All of the above are serviced by a full bathroom and sauna on this lower level.

The main level of the home does not have any sleeping facilities unless someone chooses to sleep on the sofa. There is a half bathroom on this main level of the home. Board games, beach towels, sand toys, shampoo/cream rinse, and hairdryers are provided.
