You'll truly enjoy staying at this newer, tastefully decorated, two-story cedar mountain view cabin with three bedrooms, two baths, and two stone fireplaces. It's nestled in a tranquil area with a mountain view. Downtown Asheville is just a 20-minute drive away. The home is just 15 minutes from the Biltmore House and Gardens, 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and 20 minutes from the unique historic town of Hendersonville, North Carolina. This meticulous home has hardwood floors, Berber carpet, and a wrap-around deck. The large master bedroom (with queen-size bed) and bath are on the second floor. The master bedroom features a stone, gas fireplace, and French doors leading to a private deck. The other two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with twin beds) are located on the main floor. And there is a new queen sleeper sofa in the great room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including a dishwasher.

Our cabin is located in a unique, quiet mountain area with a great view, only a 10 minute drive to major grocery stores & restaurants, so you have the beauty & tranquility of the mountains with the convenience of local shopping. You're only 15 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway & 20 minutes to the center of downtown Asheville. Lake Julian, a wooded lake & recreation facility is only 10 minutes away. Picnic, watch the ducks or rent one of the paddle boats, fish or play volleyball, or let the children enjoy the playground. A 15-minute drive in another direction takes you to the historic Biltmore Estate / Winery and Biltmore Village with numerous local shops and restaurants. Blue Ridge Pkwy, biking, hiking & numerous walking trails are all minutes from the cabin. Arts, crafts, and festivals are abundant in the area. Also visit the NC Arboretum. If you like snow skiing Wolf Laurel is only 30 minutes north of Asheville. Golf courses of all levels are abundant in the area.

Great room / Kitchen / Dining Area: The great room/kitchen/dining area has a cathedral ceiling and a stone, gas fireplace with triple French doors opening to the wrap-around deck. This deck is furnished with an outdoor table, chairs, and a gas barbecue grill. Amenities include two cable TVs (one in the great room and one in the master bedroom), and a separate utility room with a washer and dryer. All linens are furnished. Sorry, but pets and smoking are not permitted on the premises.

Comfortable, Well Decorated Bedrooms: All 3 bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and are very nicely decorated.

View, View, View!: If you want to see the mountains, come to our cabin. You can sit on the large wraparound deck off the main floor, or even the private deck off the master bedroom on the top floor, and see the gorgeous Smoky Mountains. Or if you prefer, relax in the great room with 2 comfortable full size sofas and rocking chair in front of the fireplace and enjoy the mountain view. And don't forget... the master bedroom also has a fireplace!

Ski: If your family enjoys snow skiing, then you must visit Wolf Laurel, which is only a 30 minute drive north of Asheville.

Golf: Numerous golf courses of all levels are abundant throughout the area.
