LOCATION
We are located at the very northern edge of Playacar Phase 2, a secure, elegant gated community on the south end of Playa del Carmen. You are an easy walking distance to everything in Playa - unlike many other condos in Playacar that are located much further away on the other side of the golf course. Just a 5 minute walk to the main guard gate and another 3 minutes to the Cozumel Ferry. We are also an easy walk to the main bus terminal in Playa, which can be used for airport transportation or tours to nearby Tulum, Akumal, Cancun, etc. We have never needed a car with all this great transportation and activities close by.
FEATURES
We know you’ll enjoy your time out on the balcony with the soothing pool and golf course view of the 13th fairway - the 'signature hole' of this amazing golf course! While there you can check your emails and upload vacation pictures for the folks back home with our Free WiFi. The spacious condo is laid out more like a house than a typical condo. There is plenty of space to spread out on our leather couch and club chairs to relax with family and friends. Or you might take your break from the sun to enjoy a movie on one of the Flat Screen TVs from the Satellite or DVD Player. You will love the large, open floor plan and the kitchen with stainless appliances and loads of beautiful granite counter space. Other amenities include dining room seating for 6, marble floors throughout, fast-cooling A/C mini-splits and ceiling fans in every room.
Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a comfortable King Size Bed, and an oversized whirlpool tub with shower in the modern ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom holds a full size bed plus a twin bed, and has its ensuite access to the second bath with a large glass & marble tile shower. There is also a queen size air mattress available for extra sleeping. Both bedrooms have reading lamps and side tables for storage. Sliding doors in each bedroom open out to small step-out balconies that let in plenty of light and overlook the picturesque street.
Two sets of sliding glass doors open up from the den and dining area to an open balcony furnished with new teak furniture - both lounge chairs and a breakfast table & chairs are ready for you to enjoy. You will have beautiful tropical birds to enjoy during your stay. You will also enjoy visits from the agouti in the garden, as well as the coatimundi which will climb the tree near the balcony to greet you!

We also provide a notebook of suggestions and information about the area, as well as an email version that will help you prepare for your trip. And we are available by phone as well to answer all your questions and guide you to make the most of the time you have to enjoy.
AREA ACTIVITIES
We know you will love staying at our condo as much as we do! This is the perfect place for whatever your heart desires in a vacation from total relaxation to all-out adventure sports and recreation. Nearby you will find golfing, fishing, snorkeling and diving, Mayan ruins, parasailing, and swimming with the dolphins, just to name a few. One of our favorite things to do is take the short walk (7-8 min) down the path with the small ruins to the closest beach. There are plenty of large trees for shade a bit back from the water, or you can take the beach umbrellas and be at the waters' edge. The sling backpacks provided make taking along 4 beach chairs and the umbrellas a breeze. Add the portable cooler, and a book or two, and you are set for a relaxing day!
Our renters receive a guide from us detailing transportation details and our favorite tips and activities collected from our previous visits.
