Amenities include Color satelite TV, CD/cassette radio player, linens, cookware and utensils, a electric hot and cold bottled water dispenser, Water is provided,and some books and games. Daily maid-service is provided. This includes cleaning, making beds, changing linens and mopping the tile floors. Our maid is one of the best in Akumal. We also have an on-site manager & maint. staff Many good restaurants are within walking distance of the condo including LaBuena Vida, LaCueva del Pescador, LaLunita, Lol Ha, Pizzeria Leo, Que Onda, Turtle Bay Cafe and Bakery, All have very good food. On site quick stop grocery store, Nearby medical office and pharmacy, and several shops for buying local crafts. There are taxis and bikes or golf carts for rent in town. The town has a wonderful, small-town atmosphere. This is a top-end unit, with a fantastic penthouse view of all of Half Moon Bay and Caribbean! Snorkeling is right in front of condo! And five minute walk to famous Yal Ku Lagoon
