Photos and Description of the Laguna Bay vacation condo rental
Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-10)

A 1200 sq ft 1st Floor condominium beautifully decorated, with a complete kitchen, dining area, large living room, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, two televisions, central air and heating, and sleeps up to eight people comfortably. High Speed Broadband internet is provided.

The Complex also has a large community clubhouse with a swimming pool, tennis courts, exercise room, picnic area, and a play gym for the kids. The condo is located only minutes from Walt Disney World, as well as many other attractions, shopping, and well-known restaurants.

The Living Room has two Queen sleeper sofas, coffee table, end tables, cable TV, VCR/DVD Player, High Speed Internet and has a cathedral ceiling. The Dining Area has a bay window which accents the dining room table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, dishwasher, garbage disposal, an eat at bar, and a fire extinguisher (which we hope you won't need!). Just like being at home.

The Master bedroom is a large nicely decorated room with a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, telephone, clock radio/alarm, TV and walk-in closet. The master bath has a walk-in shower, large vanity, and is equipped with all the linens and towels.

The Second bedroom has a queen size bed, chester drawer, nightstand, clock radio/alarm, and a closet with mirrored doors.

The third bedroom has two twin beds with a chester drawer, nightstand, clock radio/alarm, and a walk-in closet.

The laundry is located behind a folding door in the hall area, has a full size washer and dryer and also includes an ironing board and iron for your convenience.

My family stayed here Christmas/New Year's 2010, and it was AWESOME!! We were so close to the entrance of Disneyworld, and also Walmart, Walgreens, and many restaurants. The condo was very clean, Dave was easy to contact, and the price was amazing. I highly reccomend this condo, you will be pleased!
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
