Very European in ambiance, it was designed as the ideal Luxury Condo with a High Level of comfort and easy living in mind, carefully chosen tasteful furniture and a full range of all modern amenities , make vacationing at this condo an unforgettable delight.

This Charming Condos are definitely the best decorated and equipped on the Cancun strip. They are perfectly located on Cancun's most pristine, white sandy beach between Hilton hotel and Club Med. It's superb beachside location in the beachfront upscale complex Condominium Brisas, gives them an incredible edge.

They are located in Cancun's Hotel Zone, only 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the shopping malls. This privately owned Condos by an European couple that lives in the same complex, willing to help you out with any details during your stay. Generously sized with 200 sq. feet of porch overlooking the Caribbean Sea, this 1-Bedroom Condos features a a direct access to the beach and pools which is only 90 feet away.

Our condos consist from 2 rooms; one is a separate living/dining room, with kitchen and another one is a master bedroom and a bathroom. Each room has both air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. Living/dining room has a sofa bed that can sleep 2 persons. Master bedroom includes 2 full-sized beds or king's sized bed. The bathroom is positioned in the middle of the Condo, dividing it in two private areas.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS with private van to our condominium is also available . The complex is located right on the bus line with excellent 24 hours service, operating every 2-3 minutes. To reach the action places in Cancun, the bus will take only minutes.

About The Owner

We are a European couple.Deki is a Director of a travel agency(he can give you 20% discounts on the tours) and Mila is a plastic surgeon(sorry, no discounts!).

We live next door to our rental apartments,so we can give you the best tips for where to go and what to do in Cancun.We came here in 1992,just for 6 months and well,6 months passed long ago,and Cancun became our home.

We obviously felt in love with this paradise and after so many years of living here,we still wake up every morning with the same question:is there any other place in the world that has such a nice blue sky,turqoise ocean and a white sand like this one?

What a terrific get-away. The beach walk was beautiful. Everything you need within walking distance or just hop on the bus that always comes within a few minutes. A quick trip into town to the store allowed us to completely utilize the perfect kitchen arrangement. The accommodations couldn't have been any better. The fact that the there is local management of the unit allows you to rest easy if there are any questions. And, the binder in the room gave perfect instructions and suggestions to allow you to avoid the tourist traps. This beautiful condo was very comfortable and so well stocked that it was like home away from home. They seemed to have thought of everything! The security around the property is also a major bonus. We definitely would recommend this rental to friends. In fact, we hope to return again.

Relaxing vacations

My husband and I spent our anniversary in this beautiful condo.
We loved everything about it!
It is very clean and beautifully decorated with many traditional Mexican touches.The owners thought of everything you might need to enjoy your stay.The beach is just in front of this condo and it is amazing.
The bus stop is right in front of the condominium complex and since the buses run every few minutes, there was no need to rent a car.
This rental felt very private and the owners were sensitive to our privacy, but close at hand if we needed anything.Everyday we lolled in the hammock and enjoyed the sound of waves in front of our condo.This was a really relaxing experience !
We dream of returning to bask in the peacefulness and the beauty of this lovely rental.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
