This new development is centered in the heart of Playa Hermosa and sits high enough on the hill to afford beautiful views of Peninsula Papagayo and the ocean beyond. The beach is minutes from the front door and there are numerous restaurants nearby. Within the development are a restaurant/bar, first-aid, grocery store, spa, and a pool with two slides. Playa Coco is minutes away and provides additional dining and night life. Arenal and other volcanoes are three-four hours drive and there are numerous surf and kite-board beaches nearby.

Better than we expected--Excellent!!

The only reason I didn't give it an excellent is the distance from the beach. The place was perfect..very spacious, stocked with dishes, towels, and even some snack which were nice since we arrived late. The managers took care of any problems we had immediately. The personal pool is fantastic as well. We would have breakfast on the deck and jump right into the pool for a morning swom! The rental is located on a hill. We had a toddler and stroller so when we went for a walk it was a challenge but not too bad. We also had a rental car which made it quicker to get around. It is located just a short distance from a pretty good grocery store. The beach in Hermosa was great for our toddle and us to play in....perfect waves and temps at sunset! I would highly recommend the Casa. If we make it back to Costa Rica we will stay there again!
