This spacious condo is nestled right in the heart of Casino Beach, the primary business and entertain section of Pensacola Beach. From the entrance of your vacation condo you can check the waves on the Gulf of Mexico and view the busy Pensacola Beach Pier, the longest fishing pier on the Coast.

Forget about getting in your car, driving to the beach and fighting for a parking space. Grab your chair, umbrella, and sunscreen and walk the 100 yards to the beautiful sugar-white sand beach across the street. At sunset, walk just two blocks to the Boardwalk and spend your evening eating fresh seafood, shopping for souvenirs, and listening to one of the many live bands on the beach.

Don't feel like going anywhere? That is OK too. Spend your afternoon at the pool or reading that new Bestseller on the deck off from the master bedroom and living room. And when you do get motivated walk down and rent a jet ski or Hobie or for the more daring individual go parasailing on the Santa Rosa Sound. About The Owner

My husband David, our two daughters Samantha and Dylan, and I live on Pensacola Beach with my daughters, a dog and one house bunny

The Owner purchased this condo in 2003
Why The Owner chose Pensacola Beach

We were so excited when we saw this unit go on the market. It is a great location. I saw it for sale on the way home from work and called and insisted I needed to see it that night. By 10pm that night we had a binder and contact on the condo. Nearly half of our guests in this unit are repeats. You can walk to everything in the business district ... less than two blocks away.

What makes this condo unique

We love the pool. It is a small complex. Only 16 units. Many of the units are occupied by owners or long term renter that work. So it is quite and feels like you have it to yourself. Also it is comfortable unit and convenient to everything. We have boat slip with the unit and it makes it nice to just jump on the boat when you want to vise having to launch the boat each time.

Our stay was a really great experience, The location couldn't have been better. My Husband & Son wanted to do a lot of fishing, and all they had to do was walk across the road to the Pier. They were also able to fish on the Boat dock in the back of he Condo. The Condo was very comfortable & Clean, the only thing it was lacking were some sharp knives & a few other kitchen items I could have used. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a quiet but close to everything place to stay. Thank You Marilyn
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Marilyn was a great help so we could arrange a last-minute vacation. We were 5 adults. Both bedrooms had king beds, plenty of room in the kitchen and dining area, and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The sleeper couch really wasn't that comfortable for an adult. You are a 5-minute walk to restaurants, shopping, and the Gulf is just across the street. It's just a quick drive to Gulf Breeze with additional eating, shopping, and entertainment. The rate was a pleasant surprise. Although the winter weather didn't make it usable for us, the pool is just steps out the patio. Highly recommend this place for its pricing, convenience, and usability.
