Fabulous penthouse condo

Luxury, privacy, comfort, beauty, nightlife, quiet and tranquility. We lucked into the best place in Playa. I checked out the condo megalopolis to the south, as well as fine hotels and Via 38 has the best location in the heart of Playa. It is convenient walking distance to excellent restaurants and shopping and the beach (if you can tear yourself away from the pool). The architecture is fabulous, beautiful stone tiles everywhere. The condo is so spacious I suspect it was originally two. The rooftop area is inviting for an evening drinking margaritas, watching the moon and clouds from the hot tub. During the day you can watch the parasailing over the turquoise sea. There are 3 flatscreen TV’s, a large DVD collection and a WII for the kids. A well-stocked bookcase, beach towels and chairs. Helpful friendly staff, maid service every couple of days, (more if you request),.… We brought two younger kids, there is room to bring our grown kids and grandkids next time. There will absolutely be a next time!
