For your protection and security, we have installed cameras in the outdoor areas. Do not touch. Do not tamper with pool timer lock.

10:00pm is outside quiet time limit. No loud music or loud voices after 10:00pm outside. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 9:00am. No exceptions.

Relaxing Christmas and New Year.

Had an extremely pleasant time over the recent Holidays with wife and kids visiting from college. Was extremely nice to have heated spa and pool. Would most definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

This house is great!!

Perfect location in Palm Coast in the canal area. Easy to get anywhere without much traffic. European Village and walkways on intercoastal are nearby. House has modern appliances and is very nice. The pool is good size and heated (we've learned not to take this for granted). Also has a hot tub!! The canal is quiet. Bring a fishing rod.
