PRISTINE RANCHO VISTOSO ESTATE WITH A PRIVATE POOL

This property was EXACTLY as advertised and beyond! It was comfortable and everything you could possibly need was available! The home is well maintained and clean. The pool is great, especially being covered, keeps it clean for use. There was no need to have it heated at this time of year. But above everything, this home owner was so responsive! I did contact him about a few things, a minor bathroom issue which has been rectified. He responds IMMEDIATELY! I was with other family members who were renting another property and they could not get in touch with their landlord. This guy is GREAT!
I will find a reason to return to Tucson and rent this home! I highly recommend it! I was in town for my son's wedding and we used this house for the bridal party "beauty prep", it was perfect! the master bath is great for that, and the master bedroom allowed for all the girls to stay within viewing of the other girls getting ready, resting, and just generally having fun "the morning of"!
I really can't say enough about this home!

This house is great for a family get together of all ages. With everything on one floor and the walk-in shower it was it easy for my 90-year-old mom to get around. And the house is kid friendly (we had two toddlers visit). The pool table, pool, and ping-pong provide plenty of activities for teens (and adults). Single, large open space, inside and out, made for comfortable get-togethers. What really impressed us was how well the house is maintained and supplied for guests. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap, and plenty of fuel for the gas grill - little touches like that made it very nice. Vince and Lori run a great operation. Very smooth process giving us everything we needed with no hassles. Do note that this house is in the northern suburbs. This worked for us, but it's 30-45 minutes to downtown destinations so you will spend a lot of time in the car if your activities are in the city.

Fabulous house. Even better than the pictures. Lots of room, well laid out and very well appointed. So much to do! Swimming, shooting hoops, billiards, ping pong, electronic darts and lots of board games! Comfortable without being pretentious. Absolutely EVERYTHING we could possibly need and more. Greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates, nice touch! Great location, with nice common area trail. Shopping and theatres minutes away. Looking to enjoy the scenery, try Catalina state park (part of a Coronado Naitonal Forest) Great hiking and nice place for a cook out! House was perfect for reconnecting with extended family from 4 to 84!
