The Pond House is a wonderful house, completely renovated that sits atop many acres of mountain land in the Denver/Vega Valley, just 10 minutes from BELLEAYRE and PLATTEKILL Ski/Mountain Biking areas. The house is surrounded by flower gardens and fruit trees, and looks out over the mountains and valley. Views throughout the property. Denver, NY is situated between Roxbury and Margaretville New York in the middle of farm country. The house is beautifully furnished with antiques and has all the amenities of home, yet in a country setting. It is 2 floors with 5 bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms, and a completely renovated kitchen. The kitchen has a eat-in area that faces the mountains, completely equipped (pots, pans, toaster, dishwasher, etc). There is also a dining rooms and spacious living room that also has mountain views. In summer months, renters have guest privileges to a nearby tennis-pool club. In winter it is 10 minutes from Belleayre and Plattekill.

Belleayre Mountain not only is a great ski area, but in summer months offers outdoor concerts throughout the season.
