Check-in is at 4:00 PM on your date of arrival.
Please Note: We make our best effort to see that your home is ready by 4:00 PM. However, there are some situations where additional cleaning and maintenance are required and UNIT may not be ready until after 4:00 pm. When necessary, we reserve the right to extend check-ins to allow extra time for cleaning or maintenance. Tenants may not go to the property.
Keep the following in mind during your stay:
Please be respectful of the owner’s property. Do not move furniture.
Keep doors/windows closed when the A/C is on.
Turn off the AC when you are not in the unit for more than 4 hours
Grilling is not permitted on Balcony.
Do not remove any item from the UNIT. (Some UNIT has additional security.)
No pets are allowed in the unit
Please do not overfill the refrigerator or block venting for optimal cooling.
No party allow be respectful to the other tenant.
NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT
Check-out is at 10:00 AM on day of departure. Cleaning crews arrive at the unit at 10:00 AM; your prompt departure is appreciated.
All keys are to be returned or leave it in the unit upon departure.
Please leave the unit tidy by completing the following items:
Clean out the refrigerator and leave the refrigerator/freezer settings on medium.
Place all trash in the cans provided or in a nearby dumpster. Move trashcans/recycle bins to the street the night before you leave. (Pick-up is done prior to dawn.)
Please wash all dishes and put them away or place them in the dishwasher and begin the cleaning cycle.
Turn off the AC unit
Please turn off all inside and outside lights.
Leave furniture and accessories as you found them.
Leave the linens on the beds and the towels in the laundry Basket

Lost and Found
The owner will not be responsible for any items that you leave in your rental unit. After 48 HOURS , all unclaimed items will be donated to a local charitable organization. If requested, items left behind will be returned via U.S. mail. A $25 handling fee plus postal charges will apply to all returns.
Any mail received will be held with the owner. We cannot store any mail that is larger than an oversized envelope. It is the responsibility of the guest to check for mail. Any mail not claimed prior to the respective guest’s checkout date will be returned to sender.
The Dade County Health Department permits two occupants per bedroom for homes serviced by septic systems. Under no circumstances shall occupancy exceed more than two persons per king, queen or double-sized bed, and one person per single bed.
Please note: Exceeding maximum occupancy is a material breach of the rental agreement and may lead to termination without a refund.
Personal checks are accepted for advance rental amounts, balances and security deposit payments provided the check is received 30 days prior to date of arrival. For payments received 30 days or less prior to date of arrival, payment must be made in the form of certified or cashier's check, money order, MasterCard®,
Words cannot describe how wonderful this place was. Accommodations of a hotel yet the privacy of a home, indeed felt I was home. Marco was beyond nice and helpful. Will be definitely staying here soon!
The condo was well clean, well-equipped
and convenient. I travel alone and I felt very safe in the secured building. Marco was very nice and welcoming!
The place was exactly as advertised. It was neat and clean with more than enough space for 2 people. The area was nice a quiet and just a 5 minute from the action. I would stay there again.
While the building and the neighbors are quiet, the place is in the best location; few blocks from local restaurants, Lincoln Road, and the beach.
Marco is an amazing host- professional and always available when needed.
Wonderful stay. Marco's place is perfectly located, very well appointed and comfortable and a great value. Plus, Marco couldn't be any nicer or more pleasant. You can't go wrong staying here. Look forward to going back.
Je suis venue à Miami Beach pour un mariage avec ma mère.
L'appartement est magnifique et très bien situé : à 5-10 minutes à pieds de l'une des plus grandes rues commerçantes : Lincoln Road, à 20-25 minutes de la plages à pieds et juste en face un petit supermarché pour faire des courses.
A 5-10 minutes il y a aussi un bureau de poste pour envoyer des cartes postales !
Le propriétaire est très accueillant et agréable toujours disponible et répond vite aux questions, il a tout fait pour nous mettre à l'aise. Il y avait une lumière dehors qui nous gênait, il s'est déplacé rapidement pour la retirer ! A notre arrivée c'était un ami à lui qui s'est chargé de nous montrer le studio, il était aussi très accueillant et là pour nous aider.
Je recommande cette location à tout le monde ! Elle est bien placée et près de tout !
