Adorable Cottage in Falmouth village just steps from the heart of town. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch is just a 5-minute bike ride to the beach, one block from the harbor band shell and harbor side dining. Stroll to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and the pub. Walk to the Vineyard ferry! The bike path is nearby! Our family's newly renovated cottage offers high-speed internet, a/c, a retro kitchen reminiscent of a classic diner, newly refinished hardwood floors, fireplace and a great backyard on a nice quiet street. It is amazing how peaceful and private it is, yet so close to everything! No pets/no smoking please. Grill, cable TV/DVD library, local telephone, cushioned patio set included. Linens are available upon request.

Our home is steps from everything Falmouth has to offer: shops, restaurants and cafes, playgrounds, Cape Cod League baseball and the bike path! The house is less than a mile to the main Surf Drive Beach, and you can ride a bike to Wood's Hole on the fabulous bike path. You have a lot of golf options and you can walk to an indoor bowling / amusement area. Walk to the Island Queen ferry and go to Martha's Vineyard. With so much within a walk to our home, you will be surprised how private and quiet the backyard is.
