Great house, close to beach and nice pool!

My family of 4 rented this property in October 09. It is just as described and pictured. Large kitchen, dining area and living room. Master suite is large with nice comfortable king size bed. Cool layout with 2bedrooms and jack n jill bathroom separated from front of house by screen porch. However, lil uncomfortable having kids sleep in separate part of house. They actually were very close in distance just odd?? By day 3 not an issue, just took a litle time to get use too layout!
I only had 2 items that I didn't love about property: 1) queen bed very uncomfortable and noisy 2) kids room TV picture wasn't very good! These two items are small though when compared to how nice everything else was for our week stay! The owner an mgmt company were both a pleasure to deal with as well!
The house is well maintaned and a very enjoyable stay! The pool was a nice size and there was a smaller 2nd one in front of addition that we never went too, looked nice though. The beach with kids was probably a 7 min walk, no issue very nice! The entrance had a nice gated area with clean restrooms and picnic tables. The beach area was as nice as any in area! Beach service was available, we didn't use it though.
Location was nice as you were close to outlet mall area and probably 3 miles from Wal Mart in Destin. You had quick access to Scenic rd or the main 4 lane hwy.
Overall experience was very positive and yes I hope to stay here again in future. Enough space with a little planning more people would fit! Love Destin and very happy with Return to the Sea!
