Our Bay Getaway is the guest quarters for a private residence in the upscale, Crown Point neighborhood of Pacific Beach. A Non-Smoking, spacious, Studio (665 sq.ft. plus a 250 sq.ft.patio) with great light, designed by the owner. A very comfortable, King size bed, and . Will sleep 4 people. Five min. to SEA WORLD, only a short walk to beautiful Mission Bay Park, with safe, sandy beaches, lifeguard supervision, surrounded by grassy parks, w/ children's playground, miles of walking / jogging / and bike paths ( We Supply The Bikes ) . Water sports: sailing, sport fishing, water / jet ski, kayak, and swimming. Close to the Ocean, 15 minutes to SD Zoo, Downtown, and all San Diego attractions, yet quietly removed from the hubs of activity, in a great residential neighborhood for a good nights sleep ... A 20 minute fun, Bike ride around the Bay to the Ocean, or a 7 min. Drive to have your toes in the Ocean. 5 min. drive to Sea World, 10 to 15 minutes to our famous San Diego Zoo, Downtown Gas Lamp District, Historic Old Town, and all the other great San Diego attractions.
