Private entrance, stand alone unit. High Speed Internet access included. Unlimited telephone calls in US/Canada included. 50” plasma TV, Satellite TV, 200+ channels. Brand new kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, amenities (dishes, etc.) 2 new bathrooms; large Jacuzzi tub; full separate shower. Hardwood floors, central heating , washer/dryer in unit. sleeps 8 to 10 Walk along the strand/ pier, explore the mini aquarium, enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this beach side community. My family and I spent a wonderful time and will remember our stay forever. The listing description was accurate although we expected a larger deck. It's the upper unit so it's more of a balcony instead of a deck. In any respect it still contained the essentials, bbq grill, chairs and most importantly an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner was pleasant and easy to work with and provided the utmost customer service. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Great Experience All The Way Around

The house and atmosphere were everything we were told to expect. Our landlord met us at the house, gave us the keys and left us alone after that. He was most gracious. I'm reluctant to give this too good a review as we'd love to return sometime and hope it's available. The house is well-kept, well furnished, and in a great location. Early morning coffee on the deck, watching the surfers and the ocean view, is terrific. For those of us who don't need to get away from it all, internet access was appreciated as well.

Great Stay

The condo was amazing. It has an incredible view of the beach that you can look at for hours. The beach is nowhere near crowded so it gives you a private beach feel. Everything is close by such as Hollywood, Los Angeles, Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu and we even took a trip to San Diego. I had a large group of 11 people and we were accommodated easily with blankets, pull-out beds, fold up beds and even an available air mattress. Everything is great and very clean. We all appreciated that Roy let us stay in the house considering we were under the age of 21 and trusted that we would be responsible and take care of everything. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay there again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
