The Carriage house is located on the Kanaha Beach Estate. A privately owned property on Maui north shore, the cottage is located on a 4.2 acres estate and shares the widest privately owned beachfront on Maui. The Carriage house is one of three cottages that share this beautifully landscaped property with the Main house. Extremely private, the Carriage house is a perfect place for a luxury vacation at a small price. Charming cottage of about 1500sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and outside BBQ and terrace. Beach towels, linens and quality cooking utensils. Windsurf and kite surf directly from the beach on the property or take up the new fashionable sport of Stand up paddle. Trade winds from April to October. Biking route just outside the property.

The Carriage house is located between the charming town of Paia and the convenient town of Kahului. Paia is an old sugar cane plantation town that has preserved its colonial atmosphere with its wooden colorful buildings. Paia has a variety of shops and restaurants for all tastes and offers a very different feel from the hotel bordered Lahaina and condo bordered Kihei. On the north shore, people seem oblivious to tourism and the pace is slow. Only minutes away is Hookipa Beach Park, windsurfing capital of the world. In winter, monster surf rolls into the North Shore. Kahului to the west has a Costco where you can buy delicious fish. Maui is not at a loss for activities. Windsurf or kitesurf directly from the beach. Go biking, take a helicopter ride, hike in the volcano, go whale watching, survive the road to Hanna and many others.
