VUE 22 URBAN LIVING IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN WALLA WALLA

We stayed here in September but arrived late on a Friday evening. Although the location and appearance is nice, we only received 4 small towels for the 6 person lodging. We only had 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper in the entire place and not enough dishsoap to do the dishes. It was too late to contact the property management so we went to Safeway that night. We also didn't sleep well because the sheets were rough and obviously well worn and balled . . they were so rumpled & stained we thought perhaps they had been slept on previously. There wasn't any bakeware for the oven use. The TV viewing area only seats 4 people. Aside from that all the windows and doorways had massive cobwebs. We mentioned this to the Property Management after we received a bill for the missing 2 towels and had to explain that the home was clear insufficiently cared for. They really didn't care about our experience and if I was the owner . . . I would flatly fire them!

I stayed here with two friends for a girls' wine weekend. The location is perfect - right behind the Marcus Whitman and within walking distance of everything downtown. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had a bit of trouble with the refrigerator not cooling but the concierge, Bud, took care of it immediately and also helped us when we inadvertently locked ourselves out (he was actually in the parking lot when I called him!). The only problem I had was sleeping in the downstairs bedroom. There are very, very paper thin shades on the windows and the outside property lights blared into the bedroom all night. I finally picked up some eyeshades and got some sleep. Otherwise the property was perfect for adults or families with older children (lots of stairs and balconies).

We had a group stay here and we loved it. The decor matched all of our style and the home was beautiful. We took full advantage of the roof top deck. The only issue with the deck was that we had a large dinner there, so had to take food up 2 floors, past the bedrooms floor to get to it, so that just seemed like a strange design otherwise great.

The only and biggest issue we had was with the kitchen, specifically with how it is stocked. It is gorgeous, with the most up to date appliances. Really gourmet. With the exception of how the kitchen was stocked. The pans were thin, and small. Very limited kitchen utensils, and equipment. Everything felt almost dollar store quality. We expected that the items would match the quality of the kitchen and it wasn't the case. The kitchen was one of the main reasons we rented this property. it is beautiful. We shopped at the farmers market all weekend and made almost all of our meals at the house. So it was dissapointing that we had to actually shop for some items to cook with.

Other than that, the house was fantastic.
