Manzanillo Condo Rental Photos and Description
2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleeps 4
Condo Bella Vista is part of the Condominio El Faro complex sitting more than 300 feet above Santiago Bay and the warm, blue Pacific. Our west-facing balcony is a perfect place to watch whales or enjoy spectacular sunsets over the water. But this is only half the view, because the 600-square-foot balcony wraps around this top-floor condo providing 270 degrees of breathtaking scenery, including sunrise over the inland mountains that surround the city of Manzanillo and the lights of the city beneath sparkling star-filled nights. Newly renovated, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath contemporary unit is a perfect getaway for two couples or a family of four to five. The 14-foot ceilings and large windows throughout give the 1776-square-foot unit a bright, open feeling that draws in the spectacular outdoors, giving you the feeling you are living on top of the world. For the cost of an average hotel room, you get a private, 5-star experience that you'll remember a lifetime.

About Jack Trlica
Growing up in Texas, we've traveled throughout Mexico. We honeymooned in Ixtapa, experienced hurricanes near Tulum, explored the mountains above Puerto Vallarta, and enjoyed family beach homes on the Sea of Cortez. When we first visited Manzanillo in 2007, we fell in love because it's a wonderful mix of ocean beauty without the tourist hype...a relaxing place to escape work and, hopefully, the place we retire to one day.
Jack Trlica purchased this condo in 2008
Why Jack Trlica chose Manzanillo
We thought we wanted an oceanfront condo. But when we walked into Condo Bella Vista, the views literally took our breathe away. The beach is nearby and accessible. But the views of the ocean and surrounding mountains are just too awesome. We knew we were home at Condo Bella Vista.
What makes this condo unique
Condo Bella Vista at El Faro is an ideal location. The end unit on the top floor of building one is completely private. No one in the complex can see us. And because there are no neighbors, you have the feeling you are all alone on top of the world. At the same time, you have access to the ocean and wonderful neighbors to interact with when you want.
Guestbook comments from the manager
Traveling from Vancouver, BC, to meet our parents from Alberta and Pender Harbour, BC. We joined one set of parents here at El Faro because my brother and his in-laws own a condo here and they recommended this beautiful condo to us. They were here for the holidays with my brother and his wife, Zoe.
We decided sometime this spring that we'd all come down to celebrate Christmas and New Year's Eve since Zoe and Andrew were expecting a baby one week before my husband and I were (incidentally, his name is also Andrew). In short, both new babies were in tow: Annie, my brother's beautiful baby girl, and our baby, Jasper, 8 days younger than his cousin.
With my in-laws at Barcelo and Zoe's parents, along with several extended family members here, including her brother and sister, their partners (staying in the condo below), we celebrated Annie and Jasper's first Christmas with 29 people around the pool, 3 turkeys, all the trimmings, and some Mexican flare...spicy appetizers of margaritas and fresh prawn ceviche!
Jasper and Annie banked many hours poolside and at the beach. Both slept through the incredible fireworks display viewed from the pool/tower here at El Faro.
The condo was a great place to gather and we loved the gorgeous sunset views from the patio. What a memorable, special trip!
Another highlight: a private Mexican cooking lesson held right here in the kitchen!
