Our beautiful condo has amazing views. Resort style complex with all types of amenities. Gulf front view of the beautiful beach from your private balcony and the view of Little Lagoon from your bedroom. Our one-bedroom, one bath unit is located on the seventh floor. We have it tastefully decorated in a tropical decor with new appliances and furniture throughout. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you would ever need on vacation. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and listening to the surf while enjoying the beautiful gulf views. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. The unit is about 600 square foot, which we feel is perfect for a couple or small family. We also have a key less lock, so no keys to keep up with during your stay. DATES YOU NEEDED GONE AND YOU WANT TO STAY AT THIS WONDERFUL COMPLEX? WE HAVE ADDITIONAL UNITS HERE, ASK ABOUT AVAILABILITY.

    $150.00 Deposit that is applied to your rent and signed rental agreement provided is needed to confirm booking.
  • Once you tell me you Do want to rent, I will email an invoice and rental agreement to you. A $150 deposit that is applied to your rent and the signed rental agreement would be mailed back to us to hold the reservation.
    (I will block out the dates once an email is received to reserve the unit. I will hold the dates for 14 days, if no deposit is received in those 14 days, the dates are made available again)

    Your 'total amount due' would be made 15 days prior to your arrival date. When received we will send you your entry code to the unit. (No keys needed)

What a lovely condominium! It is beautifully decorated, and quite comfortable...all the comforts of home! I would highly recommend this unit for a couple on vacation. The property is well kept, and has a variety of activities to please. The view of the gulf from the balcony is spectacular!
