We stayed in this appartment in May 09 and were very happy. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. The building is great, location is perfect, the service is impeccable.

Great Unit!! needs cooking utensils

We stayed at this unit in Feb 2009. The unit is HUGE! 1800 sq ft with about 100 feet of wrap around glass balconies. 9th floor with grear views. Master Bathroom was bigger than most people's master bedrooms! Polished concrete floors and high ceilings. Building was secure and had 24 hours fron desk help and security. Unit is in a pretty safe part of town. South Beach was about 15 minutes away and cab ride costs about $15. Quite an amazing unit, something you see in the magazines.

The only real issue I have with this unit is the lack pretty much anything in the kitchen. It is a huge kitch with a 18ft granite counter top and subzero refigerator/freezer. It has total of about 8 complete place settings and about 3 pots and pan, and nothing else, not even a can opener. Very difficult to cook anykind of meals. If you are eating out every night, no problem but we were in town for a conference and want to come back after our meetings and relax.

I informed the owner about my concerns. If the kitchen issues are resolved, I will stay there again anytime!!
