My husband and I purchased this property because we feel Park Place in Breckenridge is the perfect spot to relax and take our young teens. Our girls walk across the street to wander around downtown Breckenridge or walk two blocks to catch the lift. If they just want to chill with their computer or iPod they curl up on the couch by the fireplace. Mom and Dad can enjoy their favorite libation on the balcony listening to music from the RiverWalk amphitheater or join the kids in the adventure of the day. It is a stress free vacation for us with this awesome location.
We chose Park Place because of it's location. It is seconds (by walking)from everything Breckenridge has to offer. We never have to worry about finding a place to park the car. If we don't want to walk, we catch the free Town Trolley across the street and it takes us around Breckenridge or other Summit County destinations. This location gives our kids the ability to explore on their own and Mom and Dad peace of mind.
We like to visit our unit several times a year so we recently remodeled it with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped because we love to cook. The gas fireplace keeps us warm while we watch a movie in surround sound on the flat screen TV. When our bones are aching from skiing or hiking we soothe them with the steam shower. This is truly our home away from home!

Golf: Looking for an intense golfing experience? Try the Breckenridge Golf course. This course was designed by world famous designer Jack Nicklaus with 27 holes total. The original 18 holes are a mix of mountain golfing on a Lynx style course and the newer Elk 9 offer more dramatic elevation changes making walking a little tougher and golf a real workout.
