This condo is in an AWESOME LOCATION for enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer. Our condo is 800 feet from 'Snowflake Lift' & steps away from the bus stop to take you to any ski lift. From this location you can ski home for lunch or at the end of the day for a soak in the hot tub by skiing down Four O'clock Ski Run. After a great day on the slopes the condo is an easy one block walk to the heart of historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find shopping, food, or libation and then back to your warm unit to play games, watch a video from the library or just relax by the fireplace.
Is summer more your thing? We are steps away from the gateway to your summer adventures which include fishing, golfing, hiking, rock climbing, horseback riding, bicycling, attending art festivals or listening to music. We are across the street from the Riverwalk Center Amphitheatre where most of Breck's Music Festival events take place. The Riverwalk is the focal point for summer activities.
Golf: Looking for an intense golfing experience? Try the Breckenridge Golf course. This course was designed by world famous designer Jack Nicklaus with 27 holes total. The original 18 holes are a mix of mountain golfing on a Lynx style course and the newer Elk 9 offer more dramatic elevation changes making walking a little tougher and golf a real workout.
Ski: Experience winter at 9,600 feet. Picture yourself gliding down a mountain of fresh powder, or steering a snowmobile above treeline. You may even want to guide a team of dogs through aspen trees. Perhaps a relaxing sleigh ride, exploring historical sites, taking in local art , indulging in a spa treatment or live theater is more your speed. Breckenridge has it all.
