Perhaps a relaxing sleigh ride, exploring historical sites, taking in local art , indulging in a spa treatment or live theater is more your speed. Breckenridge has it all. Summertime in Breckenridge means warm sunshine, cool breezes, blue skies and breathtaking views. Summer offers something for everyone. Whether it is renting mountain bikes and enjoying a morning ride on Breckenridge’s miles of dirt roads and single track trails, enjoying a free historical walking tour of the quaint Victorian mountain town, touring an authentic gold mine tour, horseback riding along a mountain trail to an elevation of about 10,000 feet, or whitewater rafting.
Ski: This is a beautiful condo in the perfect location for enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer. Just 800 feet (2 blocks) from the Snowflake Lift, at the bottom of Four O’Clock Ski Run and one block from quaint downtown Breckenridge where you can find shops, restaurants, galleries and entertainment. There is a transit stop right across the street where you can catch the Town Trolley for roaming around Breckenridge or the Summit Stage which will take you to Keystone or Copper Mountain ski areas as well as the other Summit County communities – all for Free. Take the Town Trolley to the indoor recreation center and enjoy the swimming pool, water slide, rock climbing, tennis, racquetball and fitness center. Save on gas by parking the car in the covered parking and never get in your car again. We furnish a free parking permit pass for your stay at our Unit.
