Located on Nelson Ave--an easy walk to the Track and just a few blocks from the restaurants downtown, this Eastside brick Victorian is central to the best of Saratoga Springs. Skidmore College is just a mile away and the Saratoga Farmer's market is 2 blocks away. Note: This house is a duplex and you will be renting the upper level.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

We were looking for a nice, clean, centrally located place to stay, and this place fit the bill! Everything is walking distance, which is essential in the summer as parking and driving downtown is hard.
The house is beautiful and well maintained. We had kitchen access and the top floor to ourselves.

The neighborhood is tree lined, quiet & quaint.

Our hosts were great, made sure we had everything we needed and then left us to come and go as we pleased all weekend.

We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Saratoga Springs!

good for Skidmore visit

We came to Saratoga to drop off our daughter at Skidmore College and we decided to try renting rather than a hotel. What a great decision that was! So much nicer than a hotel. The neighborhood was charming, parking was easy and it didn't smell like a hotel! Everything about this place was just right. We enjoyed our visit and will surely stay here again for other Skidmore events.

Perfect for us.

I grew up in Saratoga, and this was my first visit back with no home of my own to stay in. So, my husband, teenage son and I were thrilled to find this wonderful little apartment on York Ave for a late June visit. The location was perfect for walking downtown, and the street was quiet and pleasant. The owners, downstairs, helped us with whatever we needed (for example, we prefer fans to air conditioning) and then left us alone to enjoy our stay. We plan to stay here again on our next visit "home".

Very nice

We just spent a weekend in Saratoga at this nice apartment and enjoyed it very much. The apartment had such a nice location that we walked to all our meals in the downtown area and only drove when we went to the concert at SPAC.

Everything was very clean, parking was easy. The TV was huge which was fun, and we just had a great visit.
