You will enjoy relaxing in this vacation home so much that you won't want to leave. This amazing home in Goodyear is 1710 square feet, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with a 2 car garage has lots of features including a deck off the master bedroom, covered patio, RV gate, large grassy backyard, separate dining room, breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, pantry, large family room, upstairs laundry room with washer & dryer and custom 2 tone paint. The large master bedroom has a walk in closet, dual sinks and a garden shower/tub. Some extra features of this home is a BBQ, PlayStation 2, 52 inch television, cable TV, DVD, video library, CD player, MP3 docking staton, WIFI, board games, croquet, fully equipped kitchen, phone with free long distance and water dispenser. Plenty of entertainment without even leaving the home. For small children a playpen and highchair can be provided at no additional cost. This home features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, also 2 Queen air mattresses are available for use.

We at Professional Sports Services rented this property for a couple of our clients who were in town for Sping Training. The entire process was handled very professionally by the owners. The home is in great shape, and was very accommodating for our clients. We rented over 30 single family homes for various clients this spring. For all of the homes, we are the point of contact if something goes wrong regarding the property. We did not get one phone call in the two full months that our clients were staying in the house. This a a true sign that the owners take pride in providing a great product that will accommodate their tenants. I would recommend working with them...great people and a great house.

The house was amazing! We sincerely did not want to leave. The decor was superb. The large spacious backyard was perfect. I loved the openness of the kitchen. Wi-fi is my new obsession thanks to using it there. I truly felt home there. I'd have appreciated a massaging shower head, but I'm spoiled. Very clean, very well maintained home and yard. The owners were friendly and very courteous. Lots to do nearby. I'd go back in a heartbeat! I've already recommended this home to friends and family.
