  • Once you make a provisional booking this will be held for upto 7 days and we request a $300 non-refundable deposit. The final outstanding balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the start of your holiday, along with a fully refundable security deposit of $300 to cover breakages. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure subject to a satisfactory inspection by our Management Company.
  • Check out time is 10.00 hrs local time on the day of departure, please note late check out fee will be made after this time, Check in time is not before 16.00 hrs local time on the day of arrival. The whole villa is designated as NONE Smoking for safety and comfort, It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance cover for all members of your party for personal injury etc.

Very nice, clean, spacious 5 bedroom house with pool
We were 11 family members staying there and we had lots of room and was a perfect place to stay. Location was easy to get around close to the highways about 10 min from Disney and 25 min to Universal/seaworld,
