Luxurious, spacious 2/2 Condo, on the 3rd floor with a breathtaking view of the Ocean, Marina and Pool. Beautifully decorated and furnished with families in mind. This unit truly gives you all the comforts of home while experiencing everything our tropical paradise has to offer. There are numerous activities to fill your days, or, simply relax by the pool or on our private beach doing nothing at all. Our community is gated with 24 hour security on site. Kawama Tower is handicap accessible. Our amenities include: lighted tennis courts; a fenced in children's playground; a meandering salt water lagoon with a beach and swim platform; beach side barbecues, chiki-huts, beach lounge chairs; and a jetty from which to watch spectacular sunsets. Our marina includes a boat ramp, ice & bait (additional charge). Fishing fanatics will enjoy direct ocean access to some of the best fishing in the Florida Keys. Diving/Snorkeling enthusiasts can enjoy John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.

We stayed at this condo in Aug. '09. It was very clean and very pretty. Mitzi and Kent coudn't be any more helpful and gracious. They actually stocked the kitchen and the bathrooms with paper goods so renters don't need to shop the very first day.
There's a Starbuck a couple of minutes drive away if you don't feel like making your own coffee.
This condo has the best view of the complex. Even the geckos looked cute in the mangroves.
Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful Vacation Condo

I can not say enough great things about this Condo. The information on this property was right on. Immaculate, stunning view, everything you could possibly need during your vacation right at your fingertips. Teens enjoyed the pool and tennis. Adults enjoyed the close proximity of everything we wanted to do, scuba diving with Capt. Slate and his crew was excellent. Dinner at Sundowners, yummy. We loved our vacation in paradise. The owners where so helpful and made our vacation planning a breeze. We were only a phone call away if we needed the owners for anything, which we did not, for everything was already perfect. I would recommend this property to everyone wanting to visit Key Largo. One of the best vacation experiences we have had. Thank you Mitzi, Ken, and family for your wonderful hospitality. When we come back we know exactly where we will want to stay. Sincerely Bea and Family...

It is as good as it looks!

This property is as good as it looks in the pictures. Having the pool right there was a plus. This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay at. The owner was very attentive and gave us great directions to the property and to the ammenities once we were there. If you are looking for a place to stay at when you are in Key Largo--this is it!

We had a fun time in Key Largo. The condo is beautiful and has a great view. There are many things to do close by for everybody in the family. Kent and Mitzi were wonderful to work with. We will definitely recommend this condo to others!

Perfect vacation spot for our family

This condo was exactly what we had in mind when we planned our family vacation to the keys. The condo is really beautiful and every detail has been taken care of. Our girls age 9 and 6 loved the pool and the view from the balcony was great.
The complex is close to everything but far enough away from all the noise. The owners were a joy to work with.
We had a wonderful vacation and will recommend this condo to all our friends.
