This apartment worked well for our family visit to Munich in February. One teen slept on the convertible couch in the living room, the other on the couch in the bedroom. I would not recommend this for 2 couples, the couch in the living room was just the right size for one 5'9" teen; two people would have been tricky. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the temperature in the apartment, even in the middle of winter, was very nice. And I noted there was a portable crib available; this apartment would be well suited for families with young children.

The location of this apartment cannot be beat! Sendlinger Tor is right around the corner and UBahn, trams and busses are all available. A grocery store is a 5 minute walk, and there were so many restaurants we could not even get to all of them. The apartment was so quite in the evenings, we never knew there were other residents in the building.

Working with the owner was seamless and painless, and the representative who met us at the apartment was helpful in getting us situated. I would highly recommend this apartment to visitors to Munich.

My husband and I stayed at this apartment over the Christmas holiday. We could not have asked for a better location! It's hard to see on the map just how close this is to the city center, literally a 10 minute leisurely walk to the Marienplatz. Also, there are so many great restaurants and cafes on and around the street that don't have any tourists in them, this is where we spent most of our late evenings. Neighborhood felt extremely safe, even really late at night. Grocery store around the corner.

The owner was great in helping our planning before arrival and during our stay. He called us personally months in advance to help us with any questions about the apartment and Munich in general. He answered all my emails before our arrival and even helped us after our stay when we realized that we had left something in the apartment.

The apartment is far bigger that it appears in pictures, this was the largest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The apartment was clean and the first floor location was awesome. The washer worked great and plenty of hot water for the shower, even in the winter. In the apartment there were also tons of books (travel, leisure, Munich, Germany) as well. As it was Christmas, there was even a small decorated tree in the apartment, which made it feel really cozy.

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Munich. So close to all the "sights" but not in a tourist area at all. The best of both worlds!

We stayed here for a week in December and loved it. It is a short distance to walk to Merionplatz and Sedlinger Tor Tram/Train station (you can get to any sightseeing destination from here). The neighborhood is full of nice restaurants and there's a grocery store close by. The apartment itself is large, well furnished with lots of supplies and the master bed is very comfortable. WiFi works well. The owners were very helpful in getting us some supplies since we arrived on a Sunday and grocery stores are closed on Sunday. They also arranged a cab for us on our departure. All in all, we had a great week!
