This beautiful home with its SW exposure sits on a 1/2 acre lot and is only 50 feet from the water. Enjoy swimming in the shallow water surrounding the dock or swim out into the deeper water in this no wake area.

During the day enjoy the sun on the perched beach or sit on the deck which overhangs the waters edge and pull your boat up to the 40 foot dock. At night enjoy the fully furnished screen room with ceiling fan or relax outside by the fire pit.

While inside you can relax downstairs by the gas fireplace or play a game of cards in the upstairs family room. You may also retreat into the master suite and enjoy a relaxing bath in the whirlpool spa tub with theraputic lights. Sorry there are NO Pets allowed at any time and sorry NO weekend rentals available..

We have left a paddle boat and a canoe for all renters to use. We have left 8 life jackets in different sizes to use while your here. There is a golf course that is open to the public and it is about 3 miles from the house. There is also a miniature golf course located about 2 miles away next to Buckey's .
